Alle bijeenkomsten zijn druk bezocht en vakorganisaties sturen deze week het ultimatum uit. Ultimatum is een laatste oproep aan de werkgever. Als ING hier niet aan voldoet binnen de gestelde termijn volgen er acties. Voor jou is het belangrijk om te weten wat het actierecht inhoudt.

Vakorganisaties organiseren op dinsdag 14 maart 2023 gezamenlijk twee workshops. Dit zijn actieworkshops. Het is de bedoeling dat zoveel mogelijk medewerkers deelnemen aan deze workshops.
Dus ook wanneer je op dat tijdstip een standup met je team hebt, een afspraak met de toezichthouder, een klantgesprek; dinsdag 14 maart van 10.00 – 12.00 uur heb je recht om de actie workshop Staken voor Beginners te volgen. Door te kiezen voor deze workshop maak je ING duidelijk dat jouw cao belangrijk voor je is en je je aan het voorbereiden bent op je recht om te gaan staken. Hoe meer medewerkers de workshop volgen hoe steviger dit signaal is. Dus deel de link ook met je collega’s. Na de workshop kun je nog niet direct aan het werk. Je hebt recht op een lunchpauze. Ons doel is om dinsdagochtend 14 maart te laten merken dat ING-medewerkers een eerlijke en toekomstbestendige cao willen. ING moet dat gaan voelen.
Voor wie is de workshop bestemd?
In de ING-cao is bepaald dat je recht hebt op vrijstelling van werkzaamheden om cursussen te volgen die door of namens de vakorganisaties zijn georganiseerd. Uiteraard zijn collega’s die nog niet lid zijn van een vakorganisatie ook welkom in de workshop. Voor hen is het ook belangrijk om te weten wat stakingsrecht inhoudt. Announcement workshops – Union rights
In recent weeks, we (De Unie, CNV Vakmensen, FNV Finance) have informed you at trade union meetings that we have concluded negotiations with your employer ING and what this means. Subsequently, during the so-called three-quarter meetings, we asked you and your colleagues to vote for an ultimatum. All meetings were well attended and the trade unions will send out the ultimatum this week. This ultimatum is a last call to the employer. If ING does not comply with this within the set period, actions will follow. It is important for you to know what the right of action entails.

The trade unions are jointly organizing two workshops on Tuesday 14 March 2023. These are action workshops. It is the intention that as many employees as possible participate in these workshops.
So even if you have a stand-up with your team at that time, an appointment with the senior management, a customer meeting; Tuesday 14 March from 10.00 am – 12.00 pm you are entitled to follow the action workshop. By choosing this workshop you make it clear to ING that your collective labor agreement is important to you and that you are preparing for your right to go on strike. The more employees attend the workshop, the stronger this signal is. So share the link with your colleagues as well. You cannot start work immediately after the workshop. You are entitled to a lunch break. Our goal is to show on Tuesday morning, March 14, that ING employees want a fair and future-proof collective labor agreement. ING must feel that.
Who is the workshop intended for?
The ING Collective Labor Agreement stipulates that you are entitled to exemption from work in order to follow courses organized by or on behalf of the Trade Unions. Colleagues who are not yet members of a trade union are of course also welcome to join. It is also important for them to know what the right to strike entails.
