Acties bij ING: de beurt is nu aan Amsterdam!

Op dinsdag 4 april 2023 is het zover. De estafette-staking gaat dan verder in Amsterdam. Werk jij in de ING-kantoren in Amsterdam (Acanthus, Cedar, Maple, BMG, Haarlebergpark, Bunnik) of in een advieskantoren of in de ING-huizen in de provincies Noord-Holland, Flevoland en Utrecht (Amstelveen, Purmerend, Amsterdam Beethovenstaat, Haarlem, Almere, Zaandam en Utrecht) Dan kun jij op 4 april in Amsterdam fysiek komen laten zien waar jij voor staat.

Actievoeren loont

Het is vervelend dat ING het zover heeft laten komen. Maar blijkbaar heeft de directie van ING deze wake-up call nodig. Zonder de inspanningen van jou en je collega’s was het loonbod nog steeds 2% per 1 oktober 2023 geweest. Actievoeren loont. Dat is bewezen.

Spoor je collega’s aan om mee te doen!

We voeren dinsdag 4 april actie in Amsterdam. De staking in Amsterdam moet indrukwekkend zijn, want alleen dan laten we de directie inzien dat het menens is. Kom daarom samen met je hele team of afdeling massaal in beweging, zodat de directie niet meer om de boodschap van de medewerkers heen kan. Die boodschap is: koopkrachtbehoud, hogere inschalige verhoging, betere arbeidsverhoudingen, verlaging werkdruk. Dit zijn normale afspraken voor een gezonde werkomgeving.

Hoge opkomst maakt onze onderhandelingspositie sterker

Een cao-conflict kan alleen opgelost worden aan de onderhandelingstafel, met een nieuwe cao. Vakorganisaties willen sterk staan als ING ons weer uitnodigt. Jullie actiebereidheid, jullie massale opkomst dinsdag kan dan doorslaggevend zijn.

Actions at ING: now it’s Amsterdam’s turn!

Colleagues in the northeastern Netherlands kicked off the strike in Leeuwarden last Thursday. Now it is time to make the next move. The strike at ING has the full attention of the media now, and of the ING management. Therefor it is time to show that ING employees in the provinces of North Holland, Flevoland and Utrecht also stand for a fair and future-proof CLA for all employees.

On Tuesday, April 4, 2023 this time has come. The relay strike then continues in Amsterdam. Do you work in one of the ING offices in Amsterdam (Acanthus, Cedar, Maple, BMG, Haarlebergpark, Bunnik) or in a consultancy office or in the ING houses in the provinces of North Holland, Flevoland and Utrecht (Amstelveen, Purmerend, Amsterdam, Haarlem, Almere, Zaandam, and Utrecht)? Then you can physically show what you stand for on April 4 in Amsterdam.

Taking actions pays off

It is unfortunate that ING has allowed it to come to this point. But apparently the management of ING needs this wake-up call. Without the efforts of you and your colleagues, the wage offer would still have been 2% as of October, 2023. Taking action pays off. That has been proven.

Encourage your colleagues to join!

We will take action on Tuesday 4 April in Amsterdam. The strike in Amsterdam must be impressive, because only then will we show management that it is serious. Therefore, organise your entire team or department to join in, so that the management can no longer ignore the message of the employees.
That message is: retention of purchasing power, higher wages increase, better labor relations, reduction of work pressure. These are basic and normal agreements for a healthy working environment.

A high turnout makes our negotiating position stronger

A collective bargaining conflict can only be resolved at the negotiations table, with a new collective bargaining agreement. Trade unions want a strong sound if ING invites us again. Your willingness to take action, your massive turnout on Tuesday can be decisive in this matter.
