Wij horen graag van je wat er besproken is, omdat dit wellicht van invloed is op de cao-onderhandelingen van 12 maart.
Historie
De eerste keer spraken we op 22 januari met Ampleon over de cao op basis van een voorlopige voorstellenbrief. Een voorlopige voorstellenbrief, omdat we te weinig inzage hadden in de financien en de strategie van het bedrijf.
Tijdens het eerste overleg op 22 januari lichtte Ampleon de financien, de strategie en de nabije toekomstverwachtingen vervolgens toe. Daarna spraken we tijdens een ledenbijeenkomst op 15 februari over een definitieve voorstellenbrief. Deze voorstellenbrief tref je aan in de bijlage. Deze voorstellenbrief vervangt de voorlopige voorstellenbrief. Op 20 februari lichtte CNV de voorstellenbrief toe. Werkgever zegde toe voor 12 maart met een schriftelijk tegenvoorstel te komen.

CNV Update: Ampleon collective labor agreement negotiations
On February 20, CNV Vakmensen negotiated with Ampleon for the second time about the collective labor agreement.
We agreed with the employer that we would continue discussions on March 12 instead of March 4. The reason is that Ampleon can then explain the new strategy, finances and plans for the near future to employees at the employee meetings of March 5 and 6.
We therefore advise all members to participate in one of the meetings and to ask questions to the management about the topics mentioned. The largest financial topics on the collective labor agreement table are the social plan and the collective labor agreement wage increase. So feel free to ask questions there about the 5th or the 6th. We would like to hear from you what was discussed, because this may influence the collective labor agreement negotiations of March 12.
