Ultimatum aan Ampleon

Na afloop van het ultimatum kunnen acties volgen. CNV-leden zijn flink gezakt in de loonvraag, werkgever bewoog bijna niet. Leden willen het sociaal plan handhaven, werkgever daarentegen wil per se flinke verslechteringen doorvoeren. Leden kunnen geen begrip opbrengen waarom Ampleon dit voornemen heeft in deze lastige tijd. Daarom is het nu tijd om een grens te stellen, jammer genoeg is er weer een ultimatum voor nodig.

Hieronder tref je het ultimatum van de CNV-leden.

Ultimatum

Looptijd cao
12 maanden, van 1 mei 2024 tot en met 30 april 2025.

Loon
Wij willen 2,9% verhoging per 1-1-2025.

Reiskosten
De reiskostenvergoeding dient € 0,23 per km te bedragen.

Sociaal plan
Het huidige sociaal plan loopt af op 1 januari 2025. Wij willen ongewijzigde verlenging van het sociaal plan met 36 maanden. Een looptijd tot 1 januari 2028.

Waar staan we?

• Op loonvlak zijn we elkaar dicht genaderd.
• Het sociaal plan is voor de leden niet onderhandelbaar. Werkgever wil flinke verslechteringen doorvoeren.
• Performance management is primair onderwerp tussen ondernemingsraad en werkgever. Wij nemen als cao-partij graag kennis van de inhoud om te bekijken wat er in de cao moet worden opgenomen.
• Reiskosten: op dat vlak zijn we elkaar ook dicht genaderd.

Maak je collega lid

Hoe meer leden, hoe groter de kans dat de werkgever meebeweegt met de eisen, dat is logsich. Of 2 van de 10 werknemers hun werk neerleggen heeft minder impact dan wanneer 8 van de 10 werknemers hun werk neerleggen. Maak daraom juist nu jouw collega lid. Het nieuwe lid betaalt voor de eerste 6 maanden in totaal € 24,- en jij krijgt voor elk lid die door jou lid wordt een keuze cadeaubon t.w.v. € 20,-. Dan verdien je zo je contributie terug! Op de Ampleon cao-pagina van CNV kun jij de berichten over het cao-traject teruglezen en reageren of je ragen stellen. Dit kan ook jouw collega's die (nog) geen lid zijn. Stuur dit bericht dus ook door!

After 6 rounds of collective labor agreement negotiations, a round of financial explanation and 4 member consultations, the CNV members formulated an ultimatum on May 29. This has now been sent to the employer. The ultimatum expires on June 10 at noon. We hope that the employer will meet our demands.

Actions can follow after the ultimatum has expired. CNV members have fallen sharply in wage demand, employers hardly moved. Members want to maintain the social plan, while the employer insists on making significant deteriorations. Members cannot understand why Ampleon has this intention in these difficult times. That is why it is now time to set a limit, unfortunately it requires another ultimatum.

Ultimatum

Duration of the collective labor agreement is 12 months, from May 1, 2024 until April 30, 2025.

Wage
We want a 2.9% increase as of January 1, 2025.

Travel expenses
The travel allowance must amount to € 0.23 per km.

Social plan
The current social plan expires on January 1, 2025. We want an unchanged extension of the social plan for 36 months. A term until January 1, 2028.

Where do we stand?

• We are close to each other in terms of wages.
• The social plan is non-negotiable for the members. Employer wants to make significant deteriorations.
• Performance management is a primary subject between works council and employer. As a collective labor agreement party, we would like to take note of the contents to see what should be included in the collective labor agreement.
• Travel costs: we are also close together.

Make Your Colleague a Member

The more members, the greater the chance that the employer will move with the demands, that's logical. If 2 out of 10 employees stop working, it has less impact than when 8 out of 10 employees stop working. Therefore, make your colleague a member now.
