The texts of the social plan will be further elaborated and coordinated in the coming weeks and a few substantive matters will still be investigated.
On 10 April, the unions will discuss the text of the Social Plan with the employer again. If the text is approved, the unions will plan a members' meeting to present the content of the social plan to the members.The invitation to the members will follow as soon as possible after the text has been approved.
