Wet- en regelgeving verandert rondom dit onderwerp en NXP probeert zo goed als mogelijk thuiswerkbeleid te ontwikkelen dat aansluit bij deze tijd en de wensen van de medewerkers.
NXP wil natuurlijk medewerkers blijven binden en boeien en een goed thuiswerkbeleid is daarbij van belang. CNV Vakmensen bespreekt de geanonimiseerde uitkomsten dan ook graag met NXP om jouw wensen kenbaar te maken.
Agenda
- Binnen drie weken: mede op basis van de uitkomsten uit de enquête hebben we een overleg met NXP over het thuiswerkbeleid.
- Noteer alvast: op 14 juni tussen 12.00 uur tot 13.00 uur vindt er een digitale ledenbijeenkomst plaats. Onderwerp: wat vindt jij belangrijk om in je cao te houden of te wijzigen?
- Op 22 juni is er een overleg met de Ondernemingsraad NXP over cao-onderwerpen.
- Kaderoverleg: elke drie tot vier weken. Heb je interesse om eens kennis te maken met de kadergroep en/of met mij bel of mail gerust, dan drinken we een kop koffie of spreken elkaar via teams even.

Complete the NXP Homework Policy Survey
Working from home is a very actual topic within NXP. Certainly now that more colleagues are finding their way to the office more often. CNV Vakmensen discussed this subject with the NXP-executives and the works council recently: we are very curious to learn what you think of NXP's homework policy. Therefore a very short survey about this topic.

One thing is certain: the homework policy will remain an important topic in the coming period. Legislation and regulations are changing around this subject and NXP tries as much as possible to develop a homework policy that is in line with the times and the wishes of the employees. NXP naturally wants to continue binding and captivating employees, and a good homework policy is important in this regard. CNV Vakmensen is therefore happy to discuss the anonymized results with NXP to make your wishes known.

- On 22 June, there will be a consultation with the NXP Works Council on the collective labor agreement (cao).
