Op de avond hebben wij aan jou en je collega’s input gevraagd. Wat is voor jouw belangrijk om op te nemen in het sociaal plan waarover wij als bonden gaan praten met de bedrijfsleiding. Deze input zijn we nu aan het verwerken. Binnenkort zullen we een concept voorstellenbrief naar je sturen. Jij en je collega’s kunnen dan reageren op dit wensenlijstje dat we mee zullen nemen naar de onderhandelingen.
Samen sterk
De dreigende sluiting van het CAC laat zien hoe belangrijk een sterke vakbond is. Alleen samen kunnen we komen tot een goed sociaal plan. Ik roep je daarom op om je collega’s erop te wijzen dat het van belang is dat ze lid worden van de vakbond. Want samen staan we sterk.
De eerste onderhandeling voor een sociaal plan staat gepland op dinsdag 28 februari 2023.
Busy information evening Mercedes-Benz CAC
About 200 people visited the information evening for staff of the Mercedes Benz Customer Assistance Center in Maastricht last Monday. On this evening, you and your colleagues expressed your uncertainty and anger about the intended decision of the management to close the CAC. As a result, many of you are at risk of losing your jobs. On the evening we asked you and your colleagues for input for a social plan, that we as unions will discuss with the management.
We are now processing this input. We will send you a draft proposal letter shortly. You and your colleagues can then respond to this wish list. We will discuss this list at the negotiations. The first negotiation for a social plan is scheduled for Tuesday 28 February 2023.Strong together
The imminent closure of the CAC shows how important a strong union is. Only together we can conclude a good social plan. I therefore call on to you to point out to your colleagues that it is important that they join the union. Because together we are strong.
