Elk cao-resultaat en cao-proces heeft dus zijn effect op de volgende cao-gesprekken en de cao-processen bij jouw bedrijf. Met wat nieuwerwetse solidariteit help je jezelf en je collega’s.

Members at Ampleon voted against the second offer. The endless process, the lack of clear arguments and the low offer made members vote like this.
Why is this important for you?
Employers at the campuses in Nijmegen and Eindhoven are well aware of the cla negotiations and processes which take place at the different companies at the campuses. So each result echoes into your next cla negotiations. With some new solidarity you help yourself and your colleagues at the campuses.
